recipe: deathlicious quesadillas
* 1 large flour tortilla
*
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
* 1/4 to 1/2 cup Blair's Death Salsa
(Optional ingredients: chopped green onion, black olives or avocado;
sour cream)
Place tortilla on cookie sheet and top with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and edges
of tortilla begin to brown. Remove from oven. Spread
warmed Blair's Death Salsa on top of the cheese. Be
brave and pour it on! Top with any optional
ingredients you would like. Cut into pieces and serve.

NO HEAT! Its from Blair and its called Death Salsa.
Was I crazy to expect it to be hot? Apparently so. The
tomato chunks are too large an cause chips to break
when dipping in this tiny jar of MILD salsa. It
doesn't taste bad, just don't buy it expecting any
heat.
