Step 1: Contact
us --
Call or email us to let us know you wish to return your merchandise.
We will send you an email containing a "Return Merchandise
Authorization" (RMA) number.
Step 2: Repackage it -- Please be sure
to pack the merchandise in new packaging and include a printed copy
of the email containing the RMA number.
Step 3: Ship it back to us -- The cost
of shipping merchandise is your responsibility. We suggest you track
and insure all merchandise shipped to us.
Step 4: We issue a refund -- After we
receive the merchandise, we inspect it before a refund can be issued.
Once approved, a refund will be issued and an email notification will
be sent to you.
