Step 1: Contact us -- Call or email us to let us know you wish to exchange your merchandise.

Step 2: Repackage it -- Please be sure to pack the merchandise in new packaging.

Step 3: Ship it back to us -- The cost of shipping merchandise is your responsibility. We suggest you track and insure all merchandise shipped to us.

Step 4: We exchange it -- After we receive the merchandise, we inspect it. Once approved, we will contact you with the new shipping costs. Upon receipt of payment, we will ship the new merchandise to you.
